In its quest for world domination, Google hasn't forgotten about Africa. Now tens of thousands of university students in Rwanda and Kenya can shake their fists with the rest of the world every time Gmail goes down.

Also, in my quest to find multilingual corporate blogs, I see that Google is blogging in German now, along with Japanese and Italian.
